What is  webserver.exe

The webserver.exe file is an executable application process that has been reported by many users as a malicious application with Trojan and spyware-like capabilities. The same user reports claimed that the webserver.exe process belongs to the Mal/TinyDL-T family of Trojans. The webserver.exe process has also been reported by some users as capable of automatically executing itself during system startup, due to the entries and keys it can create and inject into the Windows System Registry upon its placement and activation in the system. The same users stated that the system then allows the webserver.exe process to operate in the background during system runtime, and the webserver.exe process has been reported to be capable of searching for TCP/IP network ports in the infected system that it can possibly exploit in order to initiate contact with specific Web servers that are operated and managed by the authors of this malicious program. Upon successful contact, users claimed that the webserver.exe process then proceeds to download other malicious applications that can gather Internet browsing information and data stored in the system and the default Web browser, and this collected data is transmitted to those Web servers.

How can I stop webserver.exe and should I?

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. webserver.exe. is used by Mal/TinyDL-T Trojan, If you shut down webserver.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop webserver.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Mal/TinyDL-T Trojan, from your system.
