The wcscheduler.exe process is an EXE program file bundled with other executable application resources, certain DLL modules, SYS driver files, some background processes and various associated components that are needed by the Samsung Recovery Solution software. This is a Windows program classified as a bundled driver software resource that was developed by Samsung for certain Samsung laptops and desktop models. The Samsung Recovery Solution application is packaged with the firmware components of these associated Samsung devices, and this program is integrated with features that allow users to implement rollback and upgrade processes for the firmware and driver software installations done in the compatible Samsung laptop and desktop system. The wcscheduler.exe file is specifically deployed as a component of the Samsung Recovery Solution software responsible for certain task scheduling processes. The wcscheduler.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation and configuration of the Samsung Recovery Solution software.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. wcscheduler.exe. is used by Samsung Recovery Solution, If you shut down wcscheduler.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop wcscheduler.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Samsung Recovery Solution, from your system.
