The ActiveSync Connection Manager, also known as the wcescomm.exe process was incorporated as a Microsoft component. It is used for the synchronization of Windows CE (or WinCE). This process is a task manager in which it operates in software that are used for the coordination of a PC operating system. The process wcescomm.exe is used to synchronize the system that actively executes the program in the computer system. This file was specifically made in order to provide system safety and protects the programs in the computer storage. The wcescomm.exe file is a component application of NTP (network time protocol) and supplies real time access and it is used for global synchronization application. This EXE file is used to provide an accurate runtime order in the computer system to prevent unexpected events from happening in the settings of the PC system; also, in the computer environment, this process completes the functionalities of the computer surroundings, which are found on a PDA or a personal digital assistant.
