What is  user.exe

Hudson Software includes the user.exe file in its Whos-In application. User.exe is responsible in activating the functionalities of Whos-In. The application is developed for businesses who find it necessary to monitor who is present or absent from the office, whether he or she is just out for a break. The user.exe file provides the user a powerful tool that is capable of displaying on the screen of a computer the data needed regarding the whereabouts of employees. This is useful in providing information to callers or to co-workers who are looking for a particular employee. The user.exe requires each employee to set his or her status to IN or OUT or Out to Lunch by simply clicking a button. The software can also be programmed to set the status to IN once the computer starts and to set it to OUT once the computer shuts downs. Whos-In can also gain remote access to branch offices.
