The urmain.exe process is an EXE program file distributed with other executable application resources, some system drivers, certain DLL (Dynamic Link Library) modules, specific background process items and various associated components that are used by the Your Uninstaller software. This application is a Windows program classified as an uninstaller and installation registry cleaner tool developed by URSoft as an alternative to the native uninstallation service component of Microsoft Windows. The urmain.exe file is specifically deployed as a process component of the Your Uninstaller program, and the urmain.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of the Your Uninstaller application. This also means the urmain.exe process is implemented into the installer distribution packages of the Your Uninstaller software. The urmain.exe process is activated by the Your Uninstaller software whenever the user requests for access to the main console section of the Your Uninstaller program.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. urmain.exe. is used by URSoft Your Uninstaller, If you shut down urmain.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop urmain.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is URSoft Your Uninstaller, from your system.
