The uninstal.exe process is an executable program file included with certain DLL modules, other executable application resources, some SYS driver components and associated resources that are used and referenced by the Neuber Security Task Manager software. This is a Windows program classified as a system security tool that was developed by Neuber Software with a set of features for monitoring and managing all running system and background processes in the system. The Neuber Security Task Manager software also provides descriptions of each active process and information about the installed applications associated with the system and background processes, as well as options to terminate, pause, uninstall or activate specific system and background processes. The uninstal.exe process is implemented into the installer distribution packages of the Neuber Security Task Manager software, which also means the uninstal.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation and configuration of the Neuber Security Task Manager program.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. uninstal.exe. is used by Neuber Security Task Manager, If you shut down uninstal.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop uninstal.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Neuber Security Task Manager, from your system.
