This is a Windows program classified as a system security tool that was developed by Neuber Software with a set of features for monitoring and managing all running system and background processes in the system. The Neuber Security Task Manager software also provides descriptions of each active process and information about the installed applications associated with the system and background processes, as well as options to terminate, pause, uninstall or activate specific system and background processes. The uninstal.exe process is implemented into the installer distribution packages of the Neuber Security Task Manager software, which also means the uninstal.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation and configuration of the Neuber Security Task Manager program.
