The uaservice.exe process is an executable program file bundled with other EXE application resources, some SYS driver items, certain DLL (Dynamic Link Library) files, specific background processes and various associated resource components that are needed by Lightspeed Systems software products. These applications are Windows programs classified as network management, content database development and network security tools developed by Lightspeed Systems for elearning industries and K12 schools. The uaservice.exe process is specifically deployed as a component of the Lightspeed Systems User Agent module, which is an applet built into these Lightspeed Systems software products. The uaservice.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation and configuration of client programs that were designed by Lightspeed Systems for Windows-based systems, and this means the uaservice.exe process is integrated into the installer distribution packages of these Lightspeed programs. The uaservice.exe process is activated by the associated Lightspeed Systems application whenever the user requests for access to certain functionalities embedded in the Lightspeed Systems User Agent module.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. uaservice.exe. is used by Lightspeed Systems Software Products and Lightspeed Systems User Agent Module, If you shut down uaservice.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop uaservice.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Lightspeed Systems Software Products and Lightspeed Systems User Agent Module, from your system.
