The uagp35.sys process is a system driver file integrated into widely used versions of Microsoft Windows. The uagp35.sys file assists in the facilitation of data transmissions and communications between the firmware and driver software components of certain hardware utilities that are connected to the system, the Windows system itself and certain third party or built-in Windows applications that require the functionalities of those associated hardware devices. This is done in order to correctly implement the features of the associated hardware components into the Windows-based system upon user request. The uagp35.sys process is specifically deployed as one of the component SYS driver utilities of the Microsoft AGP v3.5 Filter Driver module, which is an applet built into Microsoft Windows. This driver is partly responsible for integrating the functionalities of the AGP chipset and device along with the graphics device cards in the AGP slot of the motherboard. The uagp35.sys process also works with the firmware components and driver utilities of these AGP devices and chipsets, which are often bundled with the firmware components and drivers of the motherboard where those AGP devices and chipsets are equipped into.
