Known by the process name Toshiba Power Saver, or sometimes referred to as, TPSBattM, the tpsbattm.exe file is a component of the program Toshiba Power Saver, which is a product developed by Toshiba Corporation for its laptop computers. Toshiba Power Saver is a power management utility tool that allows a user to reduce the power consumption of his or her Toshiba laptop or notebook. The user is able to prolong or extend the amount of his or her laptop’s battery with Toshiba Power Saver. This is certainly beneficial for the user in several ways, which include the amount of money saved for using the electricity if it is plugged into an outlet. With this software, there are two modes of managing power, which are settings from running from the cord or AC adapter, and settings for battery running. Either mode is used, the tpsbattm.exe file is an important module that enables the software to effectively and properly work. Thus, this file needs to keep running in the background of the computer system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. tpsbattm.exe. is used by TOSHIBA Power Saver, If you shut down tpsbattm.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
