Spirune.dll is usually located in the C: directory and can be found in the Windows folder then to the systems32. This program has a window on which the user may configure the activity of the program. And this program is also a Verisign signed file which means that this process is a trusted process by the Microsoft Operating System. This process is us start when the Operating system is started and has the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Although that this process does not belong to the windows system core files.
