Called as www.mg-shadow.com or Shadow as its service name, the shadow.exe file is for Windows, and a component of NTI Shadow for ReadyNAS, which is created by NewTech Infosystems, also in MG-Shadow trial by MG WAY Corporation. The software NTI Shadow is a type of backup program that is made to be simple and easy to use. It is developed with data security features, and reliable backup capability, with functions to photo share via the Internet, and support a large number of media streaming devices. In addition, there is a BitTorrent client included within the program too. Regardless of how many features and functions are there, this software won’t work effectively without the important components, including the shadow.exe file. This is a module that has to remain kept and running on the computer system, to enable the tasks assigned for it. It may also serve as the executer of other processed bundled in the software.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. shadow.exe. is used by NTI Shadow for ReadyNAS, If you shut down shadow.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop shadow.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is NTI Shadow for ReadyNAS, from your system.
