The executable file sg.exe is a process for the software Startup Guard. The sg.exe carries instruction for the Startup Guard program to be read and executed to run by the system. The Startup Guard provides users a simple tool management during start-up procedure. It allows programs and disables others when the PC boots up. Users can select specific programs to start when computer boots through the separate menu options in its interface. Selection of identified programs is through clicking and dragging program icons in the Startup Guard interface. It also has a feature of undoing commands and restores previous computer settings. It has startup records that lets users detect and removes unwanted viruses and spyware. Information about selected programs is also provided during startup. It functions by keeping databases of startup items and manually reviews the startup records. If information is unavailable, Startup Guard provides helpful links for users.
