The servudaemon.exe process is known as Serv-U FTP server or FTP Serv-U Daemon which belongs to a software name Serv-U or Serv-U FTP Server or Windows iP system under the manufacturer Rhino Software. Its main function is to allow security during the exchanging of files between two parties. It is basically a software intended for various file transfers in a Linux or Windows operating system setting. This program is not considered to be a Windows core file and has no visible windows. However, it can able to monitor and send activities via LAN or Internet connection. Because of its nature, it is considered to be 60% dangerous in terms of the set technical security rating. Considering there are known found variants of this process, it is likened to be a threat to the system and may lead to system corruption or data loss.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. servudaemon.exe. is used by Serv-U FTP server or FTP Serv-U Daemon, If you shut down servudaemon.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop servudaemon.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Serv-U FTP server or FTP Serv-U Daemon, from your system.
