It was founded in 1986 by Marc and Claudia Brauntstein, a husband and wife team in Denver, Colorado in the convenience of their own home. It offers a “Catalog of Catalogs.” The ShopAtHome is different from other online dealers as it returns back to shoppers for their purchases made through the site. It has experienced growth over the years and currently has more than 50 employees which now include entire teams. The selectrebates.exe process though has proven to be registered within a system’s malware database from ShopAtHome and is considered to be an adware. This software is usually plagued by advertising popups, therefore must be checked for malicious threats such as spyware, malware and adware.
