The scannerfinder.exe process is an executable file that is usually found located on “C:\Program Files” subfolder with file size of 315,392 bytes 51% of all occurrences with the rest of occurrences at 335,872 bytes, 344,064 bytes, 356,352 bytes, 303,104 bytes, 327,680 bytes, and 339,968 bytes on Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems. This file is also called SDII MFC Application designed for the software SDII Application which is also known as CS881X and MTM80X Driver Auto. This software was developed by Myson Century Incorporated, a Taiwan-based company that develops and manufactures products that are digital and analog in nature. Some of their manufactured products that have the associated software integrated are micro controller unit chips or MCU used in LCD screens on computers and televisions, audio devices, internet access devices, and Voice over IP devices. The software transfer sound data and process communications. It is also used in electronics and automotive related products.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. scannerfinder.exe. is used by SDII Application or CS881X & MTM80X Driver Auto, If you shut down scannerfinder.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop scannerfinder.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is SDII Application or CS881X & MTM80X Driver Auto, from your system.
