The three Microsoft Exchange basic functions are: • Microsoft Exchange Server – the email server software • Microsoft Exchange Client – originally the companion client for the Exchange Server which used to be embedded into several Windows versions • Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services – the email filtering system Symantec Corporation developed and distributed Norton AntiVirus to provide malware protection and removal by using signatures and the heuristics in order to identify viruses. The other features of Norton Antivirus include the e-mail spam filtering as well as phishing protection for online tasks. Symantec released and distributed Norton Antivirus as a downloadable program, a box copy, several freeware versions, and as an OEM software. The Norton AntiVirus, together with its related version, Norton Internet Security, has been the leading names for security suites for many years.
