Sahook.dll makes it possible for the Internet security software to offer the users with computer and identity protection to keep them safe from malicious files and suspicious websites. McAfee Internet Security is an antivirus, anti-spyware, anti-phishing program which also offers a two way firewall protection. It also has anti-spam characteristics, parental controls, 1 GB online backup and SiteAdvisor. Site Advisor is a functionality that provides advice on website security for the safety of the user while surf the Web. The sahook.dll file enables the security program to identify new viruses that are created on a daily basis. It can analyze the malicious files and block any new virus variant. Once the program is disabled, the DLL file no longer works also.
