The file sabnzbd.exe is an executable file that may be necessary to run other applications properly. It is known as SABnzbd or SABnzbd-0.2.5. The process is located in “C:\Program Files”. It has a file size of 350,208 bytes 16% on all instances with other file size variations at 22,528 bytes, 23,552 bytes, 349,696 bytes, 336,896 bytes, and 102,912 bytes. The file is not a visible file when it is in operation and has no visible system tray icon either. It is not a Windows system file and it has the ability to connect to the internet via access to computer ports and Local Area Network. The technical security rating level of this is at 63% dangerous. There may be some instances wherein a malware or virus pretends to be this file and this can put the computer at risk of terrible attack and damage.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. sabnzbd.exe. is used by SABnzbd, If you shut down sabnzbd.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop sabnzbd.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is SABnzbd, from your system.
