Called by the name Sunkist, the readericon45g.exe file is a Windows process that is associated with Multimedia Card Reader, also known as Alcor Micro Sunkist, which is a program developed by Alcor Micro Corporation. As its name suggests, Multimedia Card Reader is used to read memory cards of digital cameras, and a user is able to view, transfer, share and print photos stores on the memory card when using a computer. The readericon45g.exe file is the module that launches the application. When the software is downloaded on the computer, this file is installed as well, stored on a particular folder location, mostly in C:\Program Files, and seen running in the background. Because of its importance, the readericon45g.exe file really has to stay stored and running on the computer system, unless the user wants to remove the program entirely.
