Called by the process name QBIDPService, the qbidpservice.exe file is an executable type for Windows, and a component of QuickBooks, a software product developed by Intuit. QBIDPService for QuickBooks is an instance of accounting application with web-based features, which include online banking, remote payroll assistance, payroll outsourcing, access capabilities, and electronic payment tasks. There are also mapping features with the use of Google maps, email through Outlook by Microsoft, and marketing options, as well as pre-authorization of electronic payments and funds, and import of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. With all these functions, the QuickBooks program is disabled if one of the components is deleted. Therefore, the qbidpservice.exe module has to remain running on the computer system, or in the background to enable the software that houses it. Otherwise, the program is not going to work, and the functions that must be performed are not enabled. In addition, this service is loaded by another process, which is Windows Service Controller or services.exe module.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. qbidpservice.exe. is used by QBIDPService for QuickBooks, If you shut down qbidpservice.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop qbidpservice.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is QBIDPService for QuickBooks, from your system.
