The pstext.dll file is a component of the software PlaySushi. PlaySushi is a program used by a website with the same name. The website offers computer users with free games but it requires the users to install the software PlaySushi in their computers. The pstext.dll file will be installed along with the software. Once this DLL file runs in the background, all features of the software will be made available to the users immediately. However, these features involve the software to display pop-up messages and advertisements based on the data gotten from the users, such as the websites they browsed and logged into. It is not part of the functionalities of PlaySushi to store the browsing history of the users. PlaySushi does not also gather any data regarding the personal identities of the users. The pstext.dll file enables PlaySushi to collect data about the users and provides ways of using these data.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. pstext.dll. is used by PlaySushi, If you shut down pstext.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop pstext.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is PlaySushi, from your system.
