The psdiagnostic .exe file is a Linksys Viewer and Recorder Utility process that can be found within the Print Server Driver and Mozilla Thunderbird programs. The psdiagnostic.exe file launches the functionalities of a diagnostic utility software which is installed in the computer. The EXE file enables the utility program to maintain the performance of the computer and fix problems involving the computer system. Functionalities of the diagnostic utility are activated once psdiagnostic.exe file starts running in the background. This EXE file is installed in the computer system with the diagnostic utility that is included in Linksys Viewer and Recorder Utility, Linksys Print Server and even in Mozilla Thunderbird. The software containing the psdiagnostic.exe file consumes computer resources if it is activated because only then can it monitor the performance of the computer and only then can it check on every problem that occur. Then it can repair whatever it is that the system detected.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. psdiagnostic.exe. is used by Linksys Viewer and Recorder Utility, If you shut down psdiagnostic.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop psdiagnostic.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Linksys Viewer and Recorder Utility, from your system.
