PowerOff is a simple program that allows a computer user to manage when to switch off the computer. The poweroff.exe file upon execution can provide the user the chance to set up his personal computer in such a way that it can power off, shutdown, reboot, log off, lock the workstation, go on standby mode and wake up another computer. In letting the PowerOff software continue to run in the system, the user can be able to control all these actions either locally or remotely. The user is given an option to perform the activities. He or she can set up the activity to be performed immediately, scheduled, or by using a built-in scheduler. The poweroff.exe file activates all these functionalities upon initialization on computer startup.
