The file oscmutilityservice.exe is a part of the Sprint Mobile Broadband Connection Manager. This is the software that launches the Internet connection for the mobile devices that Sprint is marketing. Spring is a telecommunications company in the United States. It has established itself as an industry leader. The Connection manager is installed as a part of the mobile package that Sprint sells. The Connection Manager will present the settings of the internet connection. It will allow the user to establish the level of internet connection according to the plan the user is registered.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. oscmutilityservice.exe. is used by Sprint Mobile Connection Manager, If you shut down oscmutilityservice.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
