Crystal office can open, save, and edit Word and other Office documents. Each application in Crystal Office has a fully customizable Windows style interface with file menus and icon based toolbars. With the exception of Clip Plus, the functionality of the tools in Crystal Office is similar to Office. Clicking the system tray icon for Clip Plus calls up an enhanced clipboard box and a larger dialog for settings, including the Groups feature that lets users group together similar items for quick selection.
