NVidia Driver Helper Service is a process that is part of the driver for NVidia graphic and video cards which installs with the executable file nvsvc32.exe. The file enables users to configure their NVidia cards. It has been reported as consuming too much CPU memory, resulting in prolonged shutdown. There were users who disabled the file and found no noticeable ill effects on the functions of the NVidia cards. On the other hand, disabling the file actually helped resolve CPU slow speed issues. Usual disk image path is C:\Windows\System 32\nvsvc32.exe. The version of the file that is generally run on PCs with Windows XP installed is 6.14.11.7474. This version is around 152.07 KB large. Total CPU resource utilization is 0.0050392400%. RAM utilization on the other hand, is 2.45 MB. GDI objects related to the file are 8, while User object is just 1. The file is launched onto the computer through its parent process services.exe.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. nvsvc32.exe. is used by Nvidia Driver Helper Service, If you shut down nvsvc32.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop nvsvc32.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Nvidia Driver Helper Service, from your system.
