The process ntdll.exe has been identified as Remote Administrator Service. However, the creator of this process is unknown. Thus, it is usually reported as spyware. Remote desktop administration is a system wherein a designated administrator can fully monitor all the activity of the remote computers in its network. It can also perform different operations through its remote computers. As computers often store very important personal and even company data, it is very dangerous if the computer can be accessed by unauthorized users. A Remote administrator Service process from an unknown source may be an attempt to seize control of the computer. A report from Symantec credits this process to Bionet.404 which is deemed to allow access to a remote attacker.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ntdll.exe. is used by Remote Administrator Service, publisher unknown, If you shut down ntdll.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ntdll.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Remote Administrator Service, publisher unknown, from your system.
