NPSAgent or the npsagent.exe is a process file from Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Belonged to Samsung PC Studio products. This is a safe file and is digitally signed by Samsung Electronics CO., LTD.- VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer - G2. This process is based on Windows Personal Computer program package which usually used in managing personal data and Multimedia files or importing videos through connecting to a Samsung Electronics Mobile Phone (GSM / GPRS / UMTS) to the PC of the user.
