The process nilaunch.exe can be seen in the Task Manager upon initialization. It executes the application Net-It Launcher. Net-It Launcher is a web publishing software by Net-It Central. The application helps the user to place all released documents such as policy and procedure manual, job postings, reports, and employee directories on his computer system by simply saving the files. The application also provides automation of document publishing and indexing, conversion to text in PDF and CDL formats, sharing of non-editable renditions of the documents, page-at-a-time transfer which is designed for reviewing a number of documents, and an indicator that the user have read a specific document. The software is ideal for an organization. Organization units can add or update documents easily without much help. The users will just have to rely on the applications they are familiar with such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Through Net-It, the users can automatically publish and index documents. This allows other users to find and read the documents when necessary.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. nilaunch.exe. is used by Net-It Launcher, If you shut down nilaunch.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop nilaunch.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Net-It Launcher, from your system.
