The process netsvcs.exe, with process name COM+ Event System, is a process belonging to the Microsoft Windows operating system. This process executes as svchost.exe switch, and provides a secure and stable running of the computer. The process svchost.exe (Service Host or Svc Host) that belongs to the Windows NT family of operating systems hosts multiple Windows services. Its executable image is %SystemRoot%\System32\Svchost.exe can run in multiple instances, each one hosting one or more services. It implements the so-called shared service processes that allow a number of services to share a process in order to reduce resource consumption. Grouping multiple services in a single process is essential in conserving computer resources. However, identifying component services is difficult for users, and if one of the services results to errors, the entire process can crash. Security concerns also arise from the common system process since some malware often use the name svchost.exe to disguise itself.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. netsvcs.exe. is used by Windows NT, If you shut down netsvcs.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop netsvcs.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Windows NT, from your system.
