What is  netdrive.exe

NetDrive is the network driver for Microsoft Windows. It is responsible in connecting remote FTP servers and displays them as if they are virtual hard disks. Netdrive.exe is the process file that activates NetDrive in the computer system. When netdrive.exe runs in the background, the user is enabled to manage his or her remote ftp server just the way he or she does with a regular folder in the computer. The NetDrive application provides a drag and drop facility in Microsoft Internet Explorer which allow the user to transfer and manage files without running another application or an FTP client interface. With netdrive.exe, the application can mount the remote server as a local hard disk on the computer. It has the ability to run video, audio and data files. Upon startup, NetDrive can run as a system service and can mount the drive automatically. It also support SSL connection such as FTPs and HTTPs.
