The executable process neoterissetupservice.exe, described as Neoteris Service Setup Module, is a process file from Jupiter Networks, Inc. that is also called Juniper Installer Service. The Installer Service installs the IVE (instant Virtual Extranet), for the user. The IVE is a hardware/ software hybrid SSL VPN appliance that offers access to network resources securely. The Windows Installer Service should be running prior to installing the Juniper Installer Service, and a user with administrative privileges to that computer should do installation on the system. The Win32 client-side components required for the installation are Windows Secure Application Manager (WSAM), Cache Cleaner (CC), Host Checker (HC), Network Connect (NC), and Windows Terminal Services (WTS). Once installed on the system by an authorized administrator, users without administrative privileges can install the Juniper Network Connect Virtual Private Network (VPN) Client without additional steps or assistance.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. neoterissetupservice.exe. is used by Juniper Installer Service, If you shut down neoterissetupservice.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop neoterissetupservice.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Juniper Installer Service, from your system.
