The executable file ndsvc.exe is a process associated with NetDrive Service from the company Bdrive. The NetDrive software is a service software that connects to FTP (File Transfer Protocol) servers and presenting them as it a hard disk. The main benefit of this function is that it allows the user to manage file transfers just like any file folder. NetDrive service achieves this by mounting the servers as a folder so the user can drag and drop files to and from the computer. Features of their interface include "Export" which will also save configuration information about a file. "Import" restores the information. There is also a tab to add sites by providing the URL or IP address. NetDrive also provides Secure file transfers which can be configured in the advanced settings.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ndsvc.exe. is used by NetDrive from Bdrive, If you shut down ndsvc.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ndsvc.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is NetDrive from Bdrive, from your system.
