It is a file that is automatically launched by being registered itself into the Windows Task Scheduler. The Task Scheduler gives this process the ability to schedule the launch of the scripts or programs at certain pre-defined times or after intervals that are specified. The application is not visible within the background and it is digitally signed. It is initialized when Windows starts. It is not a Windows core file and contains the technical security rating of 42% dangerous, which is somewhat safe, though precautions should be exercised upon running the program. It can be considered useful by the user and may be advisable not to terminate it as it may cause unnecessary problems with MS Office 2010 when removed.
