The process mrminc32.exe is part of the eCopy Suite Software from Canon. It is a startup entry that is started automatically from a Run, RunOnce, RunServicesOnce, or RunServices entry in the registry. The eCopy Suite Software connects a Cannon imageRUNNER or document scanner to the user's email and other networked enterprise applications. This connectivity provides an easy and instantaneous distribution and management of scanned documents. The eCopy software has the capability to capture, accurately analyze, and acquire text and document structure, and precisely replicate and transform these scanned images to actionable data. It can merge content with information workflows to streamline operations, and then execute structured document workflows automatically. These features are translated into the functionalities of the imageRUNNER, which can scan and send documents from the machine to destinations like email, an FTP site, or a shared folder on a network.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. mrmlnc32.exe. is used by eCopy Suite , If you shut down mrmlnc32.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
