What is  modemlistener.exe

The modemlistener.exe file is an executable process component of the firmware and driver software resources that are packaged with supported HSPA USB modems from Alcatel. Also known as the HSPA modem driver module, the modemlistener.exe process contains sequential lines of commands, modular system resource references, application-specific instructions and program-specific module directives that are used and referenced by the firmware and driver software components of compatible Alcatel HSPA modems. The source code stored in the modemlistener.exe process is encoded with program logic compilation specifications and integrated with data compression standards that are normally implemented into content saved in the EXE file format.
