Known by the service name app, the process called mobilityservice.exe, is an instance of an executable or EXE file, and is a part of the program Acer Mobility Center Plug-In, which is developed by Acer Incorporated for its laptops or notebooks. The software product is a utility tool that is pre-installed on Acer laptops and notebooks, with features that include mobile PC settings into a single location, like network settings, monitor settings, power management, and power schemes. Because it is a component of the program, mobilityservice.exe is an essential part of it, which needs to run in the background, and must not be deleted or removed, but rather remain stored on a folder location, while it is registered into the Windows registry. Also, mobilityservice.exe is a type of a Windows process, which is compatible with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, such as Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows ME.
