What is  mcps.dll

The Microsoft Photodraw 2000 software uses the mcps.dll process, which is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) module, and this DLL file is deployed as one of the resource libraries that this program references in order to implement its embedded functionalities into Windows-based systems. The Microsoft Photodraw 2000 application has been discontinued as of this writing, and the Microsoft Clip Organizer program has been positioned by Microsoft as its alternative. The mcps.dll process can accommodate simultaneous referencing requests from multiple programs, because the source code stored in this module is integrated with program logic compilation specifications normally used for content saved in the DLL file format, and this is why multiple Microsoft Office applications can simultaneously use and reference the mcps.dll module. This means users can simultaneously load different Microsoft Office applications unto the system, and still access the features of the Microsoft Clip Organizer software corresponding to the embedded functionalities of the mcps.dll module, across these supported Microsoft Office programs that are actively running in the system.
