The file Motive Chorus Daemon is the other name of the file called mad.exe. The file belongs to the software called Motive Systems which was owned and developed by the Motive Communications company. The program is about the Microsoft Exchange Server. The file can be usually found in the C:\Program Files and has the file size of 8,920,064 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD), but the files size may changed when used in different versions of Operating System such as the Windows XP, Windows Vista and the Windows 7. The program is considered invisible for it does not contain any window for the user to manipulate the behavior of the program. The file does not belong to the Windows Core file and has the ability to connect into the Local Area Network (LAN) or in the Internet. The user may have the option to remove the file by removing the entire program in which the file is associated with. The removal can be done with the help of the Add/Remove Program Utility located in the Control Panel of the Windows Operating System.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. mad.exe. is used by Motive Systems, If you shut down mad.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop mad.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Motive Systems, from your system.
