The lclock.exe process is implemented with compatibility support for widely used versions of Microsoft Windows, and the lclock.exe process is an executable file that works together with the other program files and modules of the LClock Application software, which is a small and simple program that was designed to add certain functionalities to the Windows System Tray Clock. The lclock.exe process serves as the executable program dispatcher file of the LClock Application software, which means that, upon activation, the lclock.exe process calls on other required program files and modules in order to load the set of functionalities embedded in the LClock Application tool unto the system, thereby implementing the features of the LClock Application tool into the Windows System Tray Clock application.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. lclock.exe. is used by Lclock Application, If you shut down lclock.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop lclock.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Lclock Application, from your system.
