The kscsvc.exe process is an EXE program file that has been reported by many users as a malicious program associated with the Trojan.Generic.6584707 application, which is a known family of Trojans. As an alleged Trojan according to these user reports, the kscsvc.exe process is said to be capable of downloading more malware items unto the infected Windows-based system by exploiting unsecure TCP/IP network ports and using these system vulnerabilities to initiate contact with remote servers that are managed and operated by the authors of this possible Trojan application. The kscsvc.exe process, upon initiating contact with these Web servers, has been reported to be capable of not only downloading other malicious applications, but also uploading or transmitting private user data and Internet browsing information that this Trojan and its associated malware components can collect from the infected system and its default Web browser to those remote servers.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. kscsvc.exe. is used by Trojan.Generic.6584707, If you shut down kscsvc.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop kscsvc.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Trojan.Generic.6584707, from your system.
