The kesenjangansosial.exe file is an executable process that has been reported by many users as a malicious program associated with the Win32/Brontok@mm.gen application, which is a family of worms reported to infect vulnerable Windows-based systems. The kesenjangansosial.exe file is said to be capable of creating registry keys and entries upon its successful placement and activation in the system, and these entries and keys are then injected by the kesenjangansosial.exe process into the Windows System Registry, in order for the system to allow the kesenjangansosial.exe file to automatically initialize during system startup. These same user reports claimed that the kesenjangansosial.exe process, upon its successful initialization during system startup, then proceeds to create duplicates of itself and place these copies into various locations across the data storage devices that are connected to the infected system, while a few users reported that the kesenjangansosial.exe process can also search for vulnerable TCP/IP network ports that it can exploit and use to download other malware items and upload private user data and Internet browsing information collected from the infected system and its default Web browser to predesignated remote servers that are managed and operated by its authors.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. kesenjangansosial.exe. is used by Win32/Brontok@mm.gen, If you shut down kesenjangansosial.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop kesenjangansosial.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Win32/Brontok@mm.gen, from your system.
