What is  ivm.exe

IVM Answering Attendant is the service name given for the process ivm.exe, which is an executable or EXE file, and a part of the software product labeled as Ingres Visual Manager, which is developed by NCH Software. Ingres Visual Manager is downloaded onto the computer, while the ivm.exe file is installed as well, stores itself into a file folder, usually located in C:\Program Files, and registers into the Windows registry. The ivm.exe file is also a Windows module, which means it is installable in most versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, otherwise known as Windows operating systems, or Windows OS, which include new or later versions, such as Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows ME. The ivm.exe file must not be terminated or stopped at all, unless it is causing problems or errors that affect the performance of the Windows OS.
