The default folder of the file is C:\Program Files\System 32\ipssvc.exe. The file has a size of only about 72 kilobytes. The file runs as a Windows service, executed through services.exe. RAM size of the file is 2.02 MB. Average context switches per second is 68. CPU usage averages at 0.00035645%.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ipssvc.exe. is used by IPS Core Service, If you shut down ipssvc.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
