The ipscan.exe process is also known as the Angry IP Scanner and it was created by the Angryziber Software and it belongs to the product called the iPScan. It is an executable file and digitally signed from iPassion Technology Inc. It is an important part of the computer system. It is digitally signed, therefore, it is not recommended that this file be removed from the user’s computer system. This file contains extensive privileges on a user’s local computer, which would then act as the primary computer on the network. This process is considered to be quite necessary for the user’s computer system. This is executable file that run a user’s executable services. This file can be directly executed, though there may be the potential that it may cause some errors, if it is not properly or efficiently executed. This process is considered safe, and does not pose any threats from malicious contents, though, as any other files viruses can be camouflaged containing its name. It is not recommended for this file to be removed from the user’s computer.
