What is  incdsrv.exe

The incdsrv.exe file is executed as a “packet writing”, and is associated with Nero CD and DVD burning software products, including Nero 7 Essentials and Nero 7 Ultra Edition, which is made by Nero AG or Ahead Software AG, also called AHEAD Software. What this file does is to allow file storing on writeable CDs or DVDs, through a direct use of Windows applications, which include Microsoft Office and Windows Explorer. It means a user does not need to burn files with the use of a special CD and DVD burning program. The file incdsrv.exe is an important tool of any program that houses is. Therefore, this file must remain stored on a computer system’s folder location, usually in C:\Program Files, and kept running as a background process. If this file is not present, either deleted or corrupted, the software associated with it is not going to properly work, or become fully disabled to provide its primary function.
