Executing the imfsrv.exe file will install on your PC a process that is known as IObit Malware Fighter. This is IObit’s own version of anti-malware and spyware software. The file also detects bots, worms, adware, and Trojans. Running Malware Fighter will enable the application to detect all malicious files that are attempting to get into your computer system, and block all of these before they can get it. Should there already be malicious software or other harmful files running on your PC, the application will remove or quarantine the files to prevent these from completely taking over your system. Usual disk image location is C:\Program Files\IObit\IObit Malware Fighter\imfsrv.exe. Its size in kilobytes is 801.34. RAM utilization is 5.64 MB. Committed memory is 54.35 MB, average working set memory is 220 KB, and minimum working set memory utilization is 206 KB. Non-system DLL file loaded with imfsrv.exe is datastate.dll. This process file runs on a 32-bit Windows OS platform.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. imfsrv.exe. is used by Iobit Malware Fighter , If you shut down imfsrv.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
