The file idleproc.dll, known as IDLE PROC DLL, belongs to software BreezeBrowser Pro from America Online. BreezseBrowser Pro is a versatile browser based tool that is used for viewing and manipulating digital images. Users of this program can convert raw images, generate Web pages, organize digital images, produce proof and contact sheets, and link geo-tagged images with Google Map and online maps using the program's browser-style interface. It provides users a fast and simple way to browse through a large collection of digital photos and create sophisticated Web page photo galleries without using HTML. This application can be used to convert, resize, sharpen, and level raw images from most digital cameras and generate captioned Web pages with watermarking. BreezeBrowser Pro can rotate JPEG images with no loss of quality and display images and shooting data from most major formats including RAW, JPEG, and TIFF.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. idleproc.dll. is used by BreezeBrowser Pro, If you shut down idleproc.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop idleproc.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is BreezeBrowser Pro, from your system.
