The iatsky.exe process is an EXE component file of i@Sky WIC developed by the iatSky, which is a freeware program that lets users to select locations anywhere in the globe to check weather data for the particular day of that selected location. The i@Sky WIC provides information and weather data on realtime about temperature including min/max., average values, humidity, rainfall probability, wind velocity and other current outside temperature without an outdoor sensor. The iatsky.exe file process is specifically deployed into the client systems of the network by the i@Sky WIC as the executable program dispatcher file that assists the integration of the software into computer system as it carries specific instructions for the i@Sky WIC to keep on running into the system and generate weather tracking functions around the world. The iatsky.exe file process is implemented in the computer upon the installation of the i@Sky WIC into the program files and application directory of the operating system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. iatsky.exe. is used by  i@Sky WIC , If you shut down iatsky.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop iatsky.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is  i@Sky WIC , from your system.

After uninstalling applications it is a good idea to scan you Windows registry for any left over traces of applications. Registry Reviver by ReviverSoft is a great tool for doing this.

A process usually a part of an installed application such as  i@Sky WIC , or your operating system that is responsible for running in functions of that application. Some application require that they have processes running all the time so they can do things such as check for updates or notify you when you get an instant message. Some poorly written applications have many processes that run that may not be required and take up valuable processing power within your computer.
