What is  httper.dll

The Dynamic Link Library (DLL) httper.dll is process module for Httper, an illegitimate Browser Helper Object that opens popups and hijacks error pages on system browsers. As part of the module for the illegitimate BHO, it handles itself unto the Web browsers of the computer system such as the Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome to redirect Home pages into the Error pages and into the sponsor’s site. The httper.dll is enabled by the control of the config.url404.com to redirect into the BHO hijacker’s site and is referenced by the Httper program to implement the illegal installation of additional malware that enters the system in the background through the BHO module. The httper.dll file module is integrated into the system of the Httper BHO modules, in order to run the content into the Httper application and place its embedded functionalities into the Web Browsers.

How can I stop httper.dll and should I?

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. httper.dll. is used by Httper Module, If you shut down httper.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop httper.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Httper Module, from your system.
